We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
